I had an oral surgery planned for today to get my tooth removed my wisdom tooth and they called yesterday talking about confirming my appointment and then call the day of surgery talking about they need to reschedule and we're not willing to help me not willing to get anybody else I'm highly disgusted it is unprofessional they did not let me know what I needed to do and it was a big inconvenience for me and my ride and I'm highly pissed off will never be using this Dentist they could have been a lot better with it and then it inconvenience me because I have to cancel and take my days off work with doing swimming lessons with the kids to accommodate their needs it is unprofessional and I'm highly disgusted with the service I got and they weren't even trying to help because we had this planned for months I went in to get checked on my cracked wisdom tooth in May here it is June and I have to sit here and wait a whole nother month just to get my wisdom tooth pulled out on July 2nd I appreciate you guys rescheduling but I should have never had to go on through this at all.

I've been waiting for the Dental Hygentist to schedule my Cleaning appointment. I went there for an appointment only to find that I needed a release from my doctor because I had a knee replacement. It's been over two weeks since she faxed a page to my doctor upside down. My doctor sent them the release and I still haven't heard from them.

came here for an emergency dental appointment for wisdom tooth pain. They told me it was no big deal and don't worry my gum was just irritated from unrelated stuff. Went to another dentist today and she said that i need them out immediately and it is potentially going to damage my teeth. He was nice but gave me completely wrong info!

Called to make my kids an appointment cause apparently no where accepts Medicaid . I have cancer and can't work . Was told to be more grateful and questioned me on why I didn't call them first cause they clearly accepted my insurance but then tells me no the doctor isn't accepting Medicaid she moved things around to benefit me ... The appointments were 2 hours apart from each other ,cool . I then get told to be more grateful yet again and hung up on !!!
